A halimeda ghost pipefish in all her cryptic glory, hiding amongst her namesake algae, 20m under the surface at a bommie within the Ribbon Reefs of Far North Queensland. This species is the smallest of the ghost pipefishes, at around 5cm lengh, and blending in so well with halimeda algae they are only rarely seen by divers.
